Welcome to a Secret Subject Swap. This week 6 brave bloggers picked a secret subject for someone else and were assigned a secret subject to interpret in their own style. Today we are all simultaneously divulging our topics and submitting our posts.
Your “Secret Subject” is:
If you could rewrite the ending to any film, which one? What would the new ending be? Why do you think it deserves a new one?

Oh Jenniy this is HARD! I love to watch movies, but when I sat down to think of one my mind keeps going back to the latest one I saw. As you know, we have had a trip to Alaska planned for years. It was supposed to begin on May 28th.
Unfortunately, that trip is another casualty of the COVID virus, but that’s all we have lost so I still count myself incredibly blessed. Anyway, we are still traveling but the trip has changed dramatically. Instead of galavanting into beautiful cities we’ll be hiking in the backwoods in different spots throughout the country.
We’re picking out the best trails, we’re throwing on a backpack and hitting the trail. This could be a 3-mile hike or it could be 15 miles it all depends. We’ll be self-quarantining in nature and healing our minds and souls.
If you’re reading this I’m somewhere out west soaking up the sunshine, cooling off in sparkling water, and sharing space with furry creatures instead of human ones.
Anyway, the last movie I watched was The Call of The Wild. I’m a huge Harrison Ford fan, but more than that I’m a huge Alaska fan (surprise surprise). It’s nothing really like the book, but it was still a fantastic movie. If you haven’t seen it I highly recommend it.
I don’t want to spoil the ending, but I would have had the man and the dog stay together. They had a bond that was so strong and even though it all worked out. I still felt bad that the old man was alone. I would have had them staying in the bush.
Have you seen it? What did you think?
